WHAT DRIVES US
Built to make the document part the easy part
Our Mission
To remove friction from the document process — authenticating, notarizing, serving, and filing with the accuracy a legal matter demands and the speed a deadline requires.
Our Purpose
We exist because clients were coordinating four vendors for one document. We built Washington's first combined provider so there is one intake, one invoice, and one accountable owner.
Our Promise
Every service is executed or personally reviewed by our founder, or performed by vetted human providers. Nothing goes out unread.
Credentialed
Honors Paralegal Degree from Edmonds Community College; commissioned notary and registered process server.
Our Purpose
An approved vendor for the State of Washington, with documentation and invoicing built for public-sector requirements.
Our Promise
Three speed tiers on every service line, with same-day options when a hearing or closing will not move.

MEET THE OWNER
A former paralegal who knows what the file needs
I founded this company in 2017 after graduating with honors with my Paralegal Degree at Edmonds Community College in Washington State. I saw clients bouncing between four different vendors for one document, and built the first all-in-one alternative in Washington.
That paralegal background shapes everything: I know how a declaration of service reads to a court, what an apostille packet must contain, and how a missed annual report becomes an administrative dissolution. I execute or personally review every service we deliver.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice — but you will be working with someone who understands the legal process your documents are moving through.

TECHNOLOGY
AI handles the paperwork. A human handles your matter.
We use AI technology strictly for administrative work — uploading order data, drafting responses, booking appointments, and issuing payment links and invoices. That is what makes our response times fast.
Every service is executed and reviewed by Michelle, or performed by vetted human third-party providers. Nothing leaves our office without a human reading it first.
We do not sell your data, we do not train AI on it, and AI does not provide legal advice or analyze your documents.
Faster intake
Order details are structured and loaded into our systems the moment they arrive — no retyping, no lost forms.
Human review, always
Michelle personally reviews everything before it is sent, filed, invoiced, or executed.
Responsive communication
Draft replies, status updates, and appointment scheduling are prepared automatically so you hear back quickly.
Administrative only
AI never gives legal advice, never analyzes or executes your matter, and your data is never sold or used to train models.
