By providing your mobile phone number to Michelle's Mobile Notary & Process Server, LLC, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to our notary, apostille, and process serving services. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with us and the services you request. 6. Data Retention & Security
Notary Journals are kept for ten years per legal mandate. Document records are retained based on legal windows for service challenge. We implement standard physical and electronic safeguards to protect legal assets.
