We may contact clients by phone, email, or SMS/text with service-related updates and reminders only, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number to Michelle's Mobile Notary & Process Server, LLC, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to our notary, apostille, and process serving services. These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, updates about your service request, follow‑up communications, and important notices. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with us and the services you request. You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, we may send a final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. 5. Remote Online Notarization (RON)

For RON services, we use approved platforms utilizing audio-video technology. Sessions are recorded and stored in electronic journals as required by Washington law (RCW 42.45).

6. Data Retention & Security

Notary Journals are kept for ten years per legal mandate. Document records are retained based on legal windows for service challenge. We implement standard physical and electronic safeguards to protect legal assets.
