3. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Michelle’s Mobile Notary and Process Server, LLC may collect your mobile‑phone number when you complete a contact or booking form on our website. We use this information to send text messages about appointment confirmations, service updates, customer‑care responses, and optional marketing promotions. By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Michelle’s Mobile Notary and Process Server, LLC. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. 5. Remote Online Notarization (RON)

For RON services, we use approved platforms utilizing audio-video technology. Sessions are recorded and stored in electronic journals as required by Washington law (RCW 42.45).

6. Data Retention & Security

Notary Journals are kept for ten years per legal mandate. Document records are retained based on legal windows for service challenge. We implement standard physical and electronic safeguards to protect legal assets.
