If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Services We Provide
We provide in-office, mobile and remote services including, but not limited to, Apostille services for eligible documents, Notary services, Registered agent service, and Service of process and related legal document delivery. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Nothing on this Site or in our communications creates an attorney–client relationship.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and be legally able to enter into binding contracts. By using our services, you represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
3. No Legal Advice
Michelle’s Mobile Notary and Process Server, LLC is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. Our website utilizes automated and AI-driven tools, such as AI chatbots and internal AI agents, which are strictly limited to providing general information, facilitating intake support, assisting with scheduling, and managing routing. These AI tools do not and cannot provide legal advice, interpret statutes, apply laws to specific facts, or employ creative communication to suggest legal strategies or solutions. Our AI systems are not trained on client case data for the purpose of generating legal guidance. When any user inquiry is identified as legal in nature, the AI will issue a clear disclaimer and either route the user to a human staff member or direct them to consult with a licensed attorney. All information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for legal counsel. 4. Service Areas
Based in Washington State, Michelle’s Mobile Notary and Process Server, LLC provides professional services nationwide. We facilitate documents originating from or destined for any state or country, adhering to all laws. Service availability depends on our current schedule and area capacity.
5. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments
Appointments may be required for certain services.
We may offer same-day or urgent services when available.
Cancellations
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations.
No-Shows
If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment or are not available at the agreed location/time, a no-show fee and/or travel fee may apply.
Details of fees will be provided at the time of booking or upon request.
6. Fees & Payments
Fees for services (including travel, rush, priority, and add-ons) will be disclosed before or at the time of booking or at the time of submitting a service request. Payment is due as specified upon submitting a service request or at the time of booking. We may accept various forms of payment. We do NOT accept Personal Checks. All Payments are Pre-Paid, and we do NOT issue refunds. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time.
7. SMS Terms & Conditions
SMS Consent Communication
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive text messages from Michelle's Mobile Notary and Process Server, LLC, you may receive messages related to the following:
Customer care regarding appointment reminders and confirmation, follow-up messages, and Customer inquiries
Marketing regarding Promotions or offers.
Example: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with Michelle's Mobile Notary and Process Server, LLC at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Michelle's Mobile Notary and Process Server, LLC at any time."
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication.

8. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing valid identification, ensuring documents are complete, and providing truthful information. We may refuse service if identity cannot be proven, or if the transaction appears fraudulent or unlawful.
9. Apostille & Processing Times
Apostille processing durations are subject to government and third-party timelines; as such, completion dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by external agencies or carriers. Generally, notarization must be finalized before apostille submission. Please note that specific documents or jurisdictions may necessitate additional authentication prior to notarization or apostille, and certain documents may not be suitable for notarial acts. Michelle’s Mobile Notary and Process Server, LLC assumes no liability for errors in notarization or authentication, particularly when resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client information.
10. Notary Services
Scope of Services & Personal Appearance
We provide notary services, including in-office, mobile, and Remote Online Notarization (RON).
In-Office/Mobile: All signers must personally appear before the Notary Public at the time of signing. Identification will be verified via valid, government-issued photo ID.
RON: Signers must have working audio-visual technology. The notary will perform identity verification through knowledge-based authentication and credential analysis as required by law.
Limitations: The Notary is prohibited from assisting in drafting, completing, or selecting legal documents.
Identification & Capacity
The signer must be able to prove their identity, be alert, and be acting of their own free will. The notary reserves the right to refuse service if the signer cannot produce proper ID, appears confused, or if the notary suspects fraud or coercion.
Fees & Payments
Notary Fees: Fees are charged per signature/notarial act in accordance with state-mandated maximums.
Travel Fees (Mobile): A separate travel fee applies for mobile services, which is independent of the notarial fee.
RON Technology Fees: Additional fees may apply to cover the certified third-party RON platform usage.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) Specifics
The signer acknowledges that RON sessions are recorded, secured, and stored in compliance with state regulations. The signer must be located within the United States or its territories during the RON session.

11. Service of Process
Our team executes professional, good-faith efforts to deliver legal papers via local in-person service, electronic service, service by mail, and post-and-mail. Our comprehensive legal support also includes specialized skip tracing, stakeouts, and court filings. Please note that successful service is never guaranteed in cases involves evasion by the recipient, locked gates, no trespassing signs, or incorrect addresses. We strictly observe all state and federal regulations; we will not trespass or use forced entry. Clients must provide precise details, and additional attempts beyond the initial agreement may incur extra fees. We do not offer legal advice or representation. Michelle’s Mobile Notary and Process Server, LLC accepts no liability for the final results of any litigation or legal proceeding arising from incomplete or unsuccessful service.
12. Registered Agent Services
As your designated registered agent, we receive, log, and forward all official notices and corporate filings to you in a professional manner. When we send or forward documents or notices electronically, we use encrypted, security-focused methods wherever reasonably possible to protect the contents in transit. We provide timely annual reminders and renewal notices to help keep your business current, and we can assist with additional corporate filings and status updates as specifically instructed. While we maintain precise and accurate internal records of all notices and filings handled on your behalf, clients remain exclusively responsible for the legal sufficiency, content, and timing of every filing and response. We do not provide legal advice, nor do we determine how you should respond to any specific notice or lawsuit. By using this service, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring all statutory deadlines and legal requirements are met.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Michelle’s Mobile Notary and Process Server, LLC against any claims arising from your use of clinical services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site is owned or licensed by Michelle’s Mobile Notary and Process Server, LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.
15. Privacy
Your use of our Site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we protect your information. We use encrypted, secure servers to handle your information and documents. Our automated and AI-driven systems do not share, sell, analyze, evaluate, give advice on, or train models on your data or documents; they are used only to support secure intake, scheduling, and processing.
